We are delighted to congratulate Metin Beadini on the successful completion of his EBA apprenticeship at Finaro. This achievement marks an important milestone in his career and reflects what dedication, reliability and continuous learning can accomplish.

Throughout his training, Metin has shown a genuine willingness to take on responsibility, learn new things and grow step by step. His development is a real source of pride for us — not only because of the qualification itself, but because of the attitude and commitment behind it.

We are especially pleased that Metin is staying with Finaro and now taking the next step: starting his EFZ apprenticeship directly within our company. This opens a new chapter full of fresh opportunities, new challenges and plenty of room for further growth.
