Terms of Participation — Giveaway "Finaro Pays Your Health Insurance"

1. 1. Organiser. The organiser of the giveaway is Finaro GmbH, Churerstrasse 158, 8808 Pfäffikon SZ (hereinafter "Finaro").
2. 2. Eligibility. Eligible to participate are natural persons resident in Switzerland who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation. Employees of Finaro and their family members are excluded from participation. One participation is permitted per person and per platform. Participation with multiple accounts on the same platform will result in exclusion.
3. 3. Participation. Participation takes place by following Finaro's account on TikTok or Instagram and commenting on the giveaway post with the name of the participant's current health insurer. Participation is free of charge and is not tied to any purchase or contract. Alternatively, participation is possible by email to info@finaro.ch with the subject "Gewinnspiel", stating name, address and current health insurer; this form of participation is treated as equivalent to participation via the platforms.
4. 4. Duration. The giveaway runs from 1 October 2026, 00:00, to 31 October 2026, 23:59. Entries received after this period will not be considered.
5. 5. Prize. The prize is the assumption of one monthly premium of the winner's mandatory health insurance (basic insurance), up to a maximum of CHF 500. Payment is made by bank transfer upon presentation of a premium invoice issued in the winner's name. A cash payout without presentation of an invoice, an exchange, or a transfer of the prize to third parties is excluded.
6. 6. Draw and notification. The draw takes place on 3 December 2026 by random selection among all valid entries. The winner will be notified by direct message on the respective platform or by email. If the winning person does not respond within ten days, the claim lapses and a new draw will be held.
7. 7. Publication. Finaro may publish the first name and canton of residence of the winning person on its channels, provided that person consents.
8. 8. Data protection. Personal data collected in connection with the giveaway is processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and is deleted after its conclusion, unless a statutory retention obligation applies. Persons who request the deductible check consent to the processing of their details for the purpose of carrying out the check. Finaro's Privacy Policy at finaro.ch/datenschutz applies.
9. 9. No connection to the platforms. The giveaway has no connection to TikTok or Instagram (Meta Platforms) and is neither sponsored, endorsed nor organised by them. Finaro is the sole point of contact for all questions.
10. 10. Exclusion and termination. Finaro reserves the right to exclude participants in the event of a breach of these terms, manipulation, or inappropriate comments. Finaro may terminate or amend the giveaway early for good cause.
11. 11. Legal recourse and applicable law. Legal recourse is excluded. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the giveaway. Swiss law applies.
